Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)
Kale Group is a member of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) platform established in 2010 by UN Global Compact and UN Women.
Aiming to empower the position of women in the workplace and community, the Women’s Empowerment Principles calls on business leaders to openly commit to seven principles towards developing corporate policies that promote gender equality. The seven principles are.

2. Treat All Women and Men Fairly at Without Discrimination, Respect Human Rights and the Principle of Non-Discrimination, and Support these Principles
3. Health, Well-Being and Safety for Women and Men
4. Education, Training and Professional Development to Empower Women
5. Enterprise Development, Supply Chain and Marketing Practices that Empower Women
6. Promoting Equality through Community Initiatives and Advocacy
7. Measuring Progress for Gender Equality and Reporting to the Public
