Bodur Gayrimenkul Geliştirme (Real Estate Development) was founded in 2012 to efficiently manage Kale Group’s real estate portfolio as well as select and implement projects that add value to Kale Group.

Bringing its experience in building materials and chemicals into real estate, Bodur Gayrimenkul Geliştirme launched its first residential project Daire Kartal in Kartal, Istanbul. Comprised primarily of two-bedroom apartments, Daire Kartal has 249 apartments in total that feature select Kale products.

Bodur Gayrimenkul Geliştirme also gives management, consulting and project design support to Kale Group companies. In addition, the company offers groundwork services to turn real estate into projects through proper planning, feasibility plans, investment decisions, project launches, official and statutory procedures, renovation support, contracting as well as controls and consulting during construction.
