The training and development programme delivers technical, skills and personal development training to ready employees to roles that require more responsibility.
Geleceğin Kaleleri programme offers a Top Executive Development Programme for general managers, assistant general managers, vice presidents and chief officers and a Leader Development Programme for directors and managers. Employees in executive, senior engineer/senior expert, engineer/expert and junior expert roles join the Digital Transformation and Innovation Academy training to enhance their competencies.
